Pumpkin Spice

We start with our caramel base. First order of business was to 86 the corn syrup and butter, and oops, we created a caramel corn that has people from Chicago questioning their roots..
Imagine if you can...a caramel corn that is lighter and crunchier than any caramel corn you've ever tasted. It doesn't stick to your teeth, and because we caramelize sugar the old fashioned way, it literally melts in your mouth. Now add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger...Boom!
